Biannually we are audited by a third party, USDA. It is a GAP audit, Good Agricultural Practices. Daily we monitor temperatures in the coolers and cleanliness of trucks. All staff are trained annually on food safety policy and procedures.

We have a full comprehensible traceability program where we track origin and destination of the products. We have food security in place. Alarms, fence, locks, regulate who has access to our storage coolers. Comprehensive pest control program with documentation maintained monthly. Shipping and receiving are monitored daily and tracked in logs.
